Family Visa Entry Permit Residence (Wife & Children) - Abu Dhabi

How can I apply for family visa in Abu Dhabi? Required Documents: • Prepaid e-form application (available at Typing Centre) • Passport copies of wife & children • One photograph (white background) of each sponsored person • Sponsor's passport copy and Emirates ID Copy • Attested Marriage Certificate (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs in UAE) and legal translation in Arabic. • Attested Birth Certificate of child (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs in UAE) and legal translation in Arabic. • Tenancy Contract (accommodation rental agreement) and Electricity bill. It has to be attested by Abu Dhabi Municipality (Tawtheeq). EJARI registered Tenancy contract if the applicant lives in Dubai. • Employment Contract / Salary Certificate, provided that the salary shall not be less than Dh4000 or Dh3000 + accommodation. Teachers, Imams of mosques and bus drivers in schools, colleges, universities and scientific institutes are excluded from this condition. • Confirmation letter in Arabic for daughter older than 18, stating that she is still not married. Parent (sponsor) has to be signed on the letter. If the sponsor is investor/partner, the following additional documents are required: • Trade License copy • LLC Agreement • Investor visa guarantee deposit receipt copy FEES • Application charge: Dh160 Normal (including typing) - Delivery within 3 working days through courier. Dh15 to be paid for courier. You will get SMS within 24 hours once it is approved. • For urgent process pay Dh100 extra at Immigration and get the visa after two hours. STATUS CHANGE: If family is inside the country, type Status Change form from Typing Centre after get issued the Visa from Immigration. FEES: Dh550 to be paid at Typing Centre.
