What are the procedures of Investor/Partner Visa cancellation in Dubai? Required Documents: • Original Passport • Original Emirates ID • Trade License copy & Partners List (for LLC) • Immigration Establishment Card copy • Typed e-form Application (Can be typed from Typing Centre) • Share Sale Agreement original attested by Notary Public or License cancellation Certificate issued by Department of Economic Development (incase of company liquidation) Application Fee: Dh70 (Typing charge extra) to be paid at Typing Centre for canceling visa in the passport. STEPS TO FOLLOW • Type application form. Put company seal and signature of the sponsor, attach all above documents and submit at the Immigration counter along with original passport. NOTE: You must cancel your visa in the passport within 30 days from the date of visa expiry. • Original Emirates ID Card should be attached with Cancellation application. If it is lost, IDN Certificate will be accepted. To get IDN Certificate, go to Emirates ID Centre with original passport and they will issue the certificate for free of charge.
