Family Visa Entry Permit Residence (Wife & Children) - Sharjah

How can I apply for family visa in Sharjah? Required Documents: • Prepaid e-form application (available at Typing Centre) • Passport copies of wife & children • One photograph (white background) of each sponsored person. • Sponsor's passport copy and Emirates ID Copy • Attested Marriage Certificate (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs in UAE) and legal translation in Arabic. • Attested Birth Certificate of child (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs in UAE) and legal translation in Arabic. • Tenancy Contract (accommodation rental agreement) and SEWA bill. It has to be attested by Sharjah Municipality. EJARI registered Tenancy contract if the applicant lives in Dubai. • Employment Contract / Salary Certificate, provided that the salary shall not be less than Dh4000 or Dh3000 + accommodation. • Confirmation letter in Arabic for daughter older than 18, stating that she is still not married. Parent (sponsor) has to be signed on the letter. If the sponsor is investor/partner, the following additional documents are required: • Trade License copy • LLC Agreement • Investor visa guarantee deposit receipt copy FEES • Application charge: Dh240 Normal (including typing) - Delivery within 3 working days through courier. Dh15 to be paid for courier. • For urgent process pay Dh100 extra at Typing Centre and get the visa same day between 5-8pm. Urgent application submission time: 8am to 12noon (Sunday to Thursday). STATUS CHANGE: If family is inside the country, type Status Change form from Typing Centre after get issued the Visa from Immigration. FEES: Dh550 to be paid at Typing Centre (including typing charge). Then sign the form and submit it at the Immigration. It can be completed same time. Then type Emirates ID, Medical and Visa Stamping forms from Typing Centre. Visa holder should enter UAE within 60 days from the date of issue and should complete Emirates ID, Medical and Visa Stamping within 60 days from the date of entry/status change. • You can do visa medical test from the following Preventive Medicine Centers in Sharjah: Al Ghubaiba, Al Nasseriya, Kalbaa, Sharjah Industrial Area, Khor Fakkan, Al Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Hamriya Free Zone and Sharjah International Airport Free Zone. • Medical Fee: Dh260 - Normal. Certificate will be issued after one day. • Health Card Fee: Dh330 • Dh200 extra for urgent process. Certificate will be issued after two hours. Sharjah Immigration Branches
