How can I refund excess bank guarantee of cancelled employees? Excess bank guarantee can be refunded through the following procedures:   Bank Guarantee refund service available at Tas'heel Centre only. Required Documents at Tas'heel Centre: • Original e-Signature Card of the Authorized Signatory • Labour Establishment Card copy • Trade License copy • Apply for refund through Tas'heel Centre. • Track the application through www.mol.gov.ae for approval within a day. Once it is approved go to Tas'heel Centre to collect approval print. • Take the print-out and submit to the concerned bank to receive the cheque. NOTE: If your Company doesn't have bank account, you can request the bank to issue cheque in the name of your company sponsor. Fees: Dh35 to be at Tas'heel Centre. NOTE: Payment should be made through E-Dirham Card at Thas'heel Centre. You can Buy E-Dirham Card from any branch of National Bank of Abu Dhabi or from Aafaq Islamic Finance Company found at Thas'heel branches. Take your Emirates ID & Passport copy to for E-dirham Card.
