Married daughter can transfer her visa from father to husband as per the following procedures. STEPS TO FOLLOW • Type Visa Transfer manual form, attach all the documents, sign by both old and new sponsors and get initial approval from Immigration. No need government fee for the initial approval form. Documents required for Initial Approval: • Typed application for initial approval • Original passport of wife • Passport copy of husband & father • Husband's passport copy and Emirates ID Copy • Attested Marriage Certificate (Attestation from UAE Embassy in home country and Foreign Affairs in UAE). • Tenancy Contract (accommodation rental agreement). It has to be attested through Ejari online system of Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). • Employment Contract to be attested from Naturalization and Residency Administration (that can be done at the time submission). Salary shall not be less than Dh4000 or Dh3000 + accommodation. If the husband works with government or semi-government department, salary certificate does not need attestation. • Last three months bank statement if the profession is weak or basic salary is less than Dh3000. • After approval, type Medical, Emirates ID  and visa stamping application. First go for Medical, then fingerprint for Emirates ID (if it is first time) and submit visa stamping application at the Immigration along with the following documents:• Visa stamping application (transfer) • Initial approval (original) • Medical Certificate • Two photos (white background) • Copy of Emirates ID application • All other documents submitted at the the time of initial approval • Application Fee for two years (normal): Dh770 to be paid at Typing Centre (Service charge extra). • Dhs100 to be paid extra for urgent • If the application is normal, Dh20 to be paid at the immigration for courier delivery within two days. • If the husband works with Government / Semi-government / Free Zone, three year visa will be stamped for wife. Application Fee for three years (normal): Dh870 (Service charge extra).
